Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are available for eligible items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, shoes in shoe boxes) within 30 days (US & Canada) or 45 days (all other countries except for the US & Canada) of your order's ship date.

Gift cards, underwear (tops and bottoms) without their original packaging, and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
