Can I edit or cancel my order?

or new orders (all countries) and exchange orders (US), editing and cancellation can be made within one hour of submitting your order.

How do I edit or cancel my order within the one-hour window?

To edit or cancel your order: 

• Log in to your Solace account and head to your Orders & Returns page to locate your order
• Click the edit / cancel button next to your order
  • Note: If the edit / cancel button does not appear next to your order, your order can no longer be edited or cancelled.

If you checked out as a guest, open your order confirmation email and click the 'Cancel Order' link at the bottom to submit your request.

What can I edit within the one-hour window? 

• The shipping address for your entire order
• The shipping address for a preorder

Note: Exchange orders cannot be edited and will only be fulfilled using the same shipping method and to the same shipping address as your original order. Additionally, an item's size and/or colorway cannot be edited after you submit your order.

What can I cancel within the one-hour window?

• Your entire order
• A preorder
  • Note: If packing has begun, your preorder can no longer be edited or cancelled.

How will I know if my edit or cancellation request was successful?

• Changes to a shipping address will be reflected in your shipment confirmation email.
• For cancellations, we'll email you within 48 hours confirming the cancellation.

When can I no longer edit or cancel my order?

• More than one hour after submitting your order
• Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse
