We are not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service. Contact the third-party shipper for any shipping-related issues concerning an order shipped to a forwarding address, including lost shipments or questions regarding tracking. 

All Solace products shipped directly from our distribution center are sold exclusively through everlane.com or in person at our retail locations.
