How do promo codes and coupons work?

Promo codes and coupons apply to only full-priced items. They cannot be applied to previous purchases, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other offer, including bundles or Sale and Final Sale markdowns.

Promotions like our 15% off Welcome Discount and price-matching coupons automatically granted after you return an item purchased at a promotional price are assigned to your Solace account. To access these, log in or finish setting up your Solace account at checkout.
